How Do I Enrol? 2017-08-02T21:21:32+00:00

The easiest way to enrol for our seminars is to complete the online enrolment form. Alternatively you can download a copy of the course flyer and complete the enrolment slip at the bottom. These must be sent to the mailing address on the form.

We have two online enrolment forms available:

Individual – Best for enrolling one person at a time

Group – Best to use if there is a group enrolling for one or more courses. The form lets you specify a contact person for the enrolment.

What Next?

After you submit the form you should receive a confirmation email. Provided the course is not a limited-numbers course (Restorative Justice Workshops are) then your enrolment is automatically confirmed! We will send you an invoice shortly afterwards with payment details.

If you need to make any changes to your enrolment please let us know.

Tips for an easy enrolment experience:

  • Please ensure you use the correct email address. Most of our communication, including invoices, is via email so this must be accurate.
  • If you fill out a paper enrolment form please ensure you write clearly.
  • Please specify an address for your invoice. This can be your workplace or yourself.
  • Please advise us of any changes as soon as possible.

Yes. Our invoices have a 14 day payment window and due dates can fall after the actual date of the seminar.

How can I pay my seminar fee? 2016-02-13T23:35:53+00:00

We currently accept Direct Bank Deposit, Cheques, and Credit Cards via PayPal.

Account details and credit card payment options are included on our invoices or you may post a cheque payable to Professional Development Seminars.

How do I know if there are spaces available? 2016-02-13T23:34:28+00:00

Our regular seminars can cater to a large capacity so as long as the seminar is advertised on our website, we can accommodate your registration. For our regular seminars you will receive an automatic confirmation upon enrolling, along with an invoice and payment details. Feel free to enrol in these seminars at your convenience.  

Our 3 Day intensive workshops do have a strict limit on numbers. Due to this we cannot confirm enrolments or guarantee places until payment has been received. Upon enrolling in one of these workshops you will be sent a receipt of enrolment details and an invoice for payment. We will confirm enrolments once we receive your payment.

We will update our website and close enrolments if courses reach capacity. If there is a closed course you wish to attend please send us a message as we do have cancellations and operate a waiting list when limited courses reach capacity.

Is the seminar I’m interested in offered anywhere else in New Zealand? 2016-02-13T23:32:50+00:00

Unfortunately our seminars are currently held in Auckland locations only.

What is the latest date I can enrol for a seminar? 2016-02-13T23:31:48+00:00

We take enrolments up until the day of the seminar. We prefer to have more notice to assist us with catering and seating plans, however if you need to make a last minute registration or even walk in on the day then we will be able to accommodate you.

What if I am sick or otherwise unable to attend on the day due to an emergency? 2016-02-13T23:25:23+00:00

We require 7 days notice of cancellation for a full refund to be given.

If you are unable to give the required notice, we suggest a replacement staff member take your place. In exceptional circumstances where this is not possible, we will consider the transfer of your paid enrolment to another course.

If no attempt is made to communicate a cancellation, full payment of the course fee is required.
